I come from a background where I was involved in many activities from Tae Kwon Do, Football, Basketball, Roller skating and fitness/gym. I’ve been around the fitness industry for many years and I decided to become a PT. I’ve worked and trained in a few different gyms and learned a lot to improve myself and knowledge.
I believe that everyone should believe that they are strong weather it’s physical or mental. Going to the gym is all about making that 1st step and is getting to the gym and from there you just build.
