I’m a mixed-race personal trainer with a strong background in competitive boxing, having competed as a heavyweight with 14 amateur bouts. My athletic journey also includes experience in swimming, tennis, and basketball, giving me a well-rounded approach to fitness and performance.

My training style blends boxing fundamentals with endurance work, high-intensity training, strength building, and mobility. I specialise in athletic performance, boxing training, compound and isolation exercises, cardio sessions, and core development—helping clients become stronger, fitter, and more confident.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, improve overall fitness, or develop boxing skills, I create tailored programmes designed to get results.

I’ve led a variety of classes including Hyrox, Legs, Bums & Tums, Boxercise, and circuit training, and I’m continually expanding what I offer—including spin classes coming soon.

I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone. I welcome all clients regardless of race, gender, age, fitness level, or ability, and I adapt every session to suit individual needs.

I offer 1-to-1 taster session in boxing, giving you a chance to experience my coaching style and get started with confidence. I also do 1-1 training for cardio, strength training, core development and mobility workouts. Hi I’m George. I’m a qualified level 3 personal trainer. After studying business at Portsmouth University, I turned my passion for fitness into a career. I’m a keen competitor in events such as Turf Games, Gymrace, Athx ect! Therefore I train regularly myself and know exactly how it feels to push through tough moments when training. My goal is to help you build confidence, strength and lasting results while keeping every session challenging, supportive and fun!

Alfie Thomas Buckley

I’m a mixed-race Personal Trainer with a background in ballet and dance, which shaped my focus on movement, mobility, and control — not just lifting heavy weights.

I’ve played football through school, college and university, competed in events like HYROX and Tough Mudder, and stepped into competitive boxing. My training blends combat sports, endurance challenges, strongman-inspired work, and athletic development.

I specialise in mobility, compound strength, and calisthenics. I help clients lose weight and build muscle — but we train for performance and athleticism, not bodybuilding.

I work with a diverse range of clients, from older adults to younger, slimmer individuals, including those with disabilities. All programmes are fully adaptable.

I offer 1-1 PT, online coaching, diet plans, and classes including spin, core, boxing, track & field, and HYROX prep.

I also provide a free consultation and short PT session to assess your goals, ability, and any challenges — so we build the right plan from day one.
