I’ve struggled with my body image over the years and have been a variety of sizes. I’m a big advocate that going to the gym helps with your mental well-being. Fitness has been a life long passion of mine, but more so when I switched careers to pursue it full time. As a working mum of two I know how hard it can be to manage your own health and fitness which is why I am very passionate about helping women gain confidence in the gym, and learn to use exercise as a tool to improve their health and wellbeing. Aside from aesthetic goals, I help women of all ages conquer their mental and lifestyle barriers that prevent them from reaching their target.
