30 years’ experience in gym-based training, during this time especially in my early years I have learnt the hard way…from my mistakes along with listening to good advice.
Consistently trained for the entire 30 years apart from a period of about 6 months due to breaking my leg (not gym related) in 2017.
Using my experience along with my passion for training really enjoy helping people train effectively, correctly, and safely while avoiding any mistakes you could be unknowingly making! These mistakes could be the same mistakes I made so you are not alone, were in this together and I am here to help! Most importantly, training is about longevity, I will teach you how to train safely and effectively so you can build a foundation or a stronger, more functional future.
