ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Abby!

Fitness has always been a part of my life, but in 2020 it became so much more than just training—it became my passion.

Alongside being a Personal Trainer, I’m also a rugby player, playing in the backs. I’m always looking for ways to become a stronger, faster, and better athlete through training and nutrition, and I love pushing myself to improve.

I’m a qualified Level 2 & Level 3 Personal Trainer and I’m currently studying towards my Level 4 qualification so I can continue expanding my knowledge and provide the best possible support to my clients.

One thing that’s shaped my journey is living with Cystic Fibrosis. Staying active and looking after my health has always been incredibly important to me, and it’s given me a real understanding that everyone’s fitness journey is different. Whether you’re managing a chronic illness, returning to exercise, or simply wanting to feel stronger and healthier, I’m passionate about providing tailored support that meets your individual needs, helping you train safely, build confidence, and achieve your goals.

For me, coaching isn’t just about workouts—it’s about helping you become the best version of yourself, celebrating every milestone and every win along the way, no matter how big or small.
