My love for fitness and health started at a young age from a work placement whilst still in school, my journey started carrying on my development for a further 3 years in college my role in the fitness industry started from there I become a personal trainer and have not looked backed.
Having over 8 years of fitness experience in the fitness industry, I practice what I preach, Mpk fitness main focuses are handing support and guidance to my clients when going through any transformation both mentally and physically,. Educating them throughout is key, to get a better understanding of how the body works. So, whilst motivating and supporting you on your journey, I strive to make sure your sessions are interesting, fun and challenging to push you to reach your full potential, so you reach your goal with mpk fitness.
