  • Hyrox

    A fitness class designed to mimic the format of the HYROX race, which involves alternating between 1km runs and eight different functional exercises like sled pushes, burpees, rowing, wall balls, and farmers carries, all aimed at testing both cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, suitable for various fitness levels and designed to improve performance.

  • Legs, Bums & Abs

    Tone your thighs, tighten your bum and firm those abs in the ultimate lower body workout. Legs Bums & Abs will target those stubborn areas using high rep ranges and conditioning moves.

  • Abs

    Condition your core for strength and stability for day to day tasks. Also tone your stomach and lose some inches from around the waistline.

  • Bootcamp

    The ultimate in bootcamp training. Be prepared to work to your limits and push yourself beyond what you thought possible, using kettlebells, battle ropes, trx suspension training and much more!

  • Lift Zone WOD

    A functional fitness class using our huge track and field area. You will use a variety of kit from gym rings, TRX, battle ropes, Aqua punch bags to kettlebells, dumbbells, monkey bars and TiYRS!

  • Glute Camp

    Glute camp is a workout solely focused on strengthening and growing the Glutes. Learn the best exercises to target the Glutes and how to put together a workout that will grow the Glutes.

  • Calisthenics

    Introducing our exciting new calisthenics conditioning class - open to all levels! Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine advanced skills, this class will help you build a strong foundation in bodyweight movement. We’ll focus on developing strength, control, mobility, and coordination through fun, challenging progressions.
