Hey all, my name is Manny. I’m a certified Personal Trainer with the PFCA (Professional Fitness Coach Association)
and HYROX Certified Coach, currently completing my Level 4 in Strength & Conditioning.

My journey began with over 12 years in competitive Judo, travelling across Europe and performing at a professional
level. That experience shaped the discipline, resilience, and performance mindset I bring to coaching today.

Now, I specialise in 1-to-1 personal training and small group functional fitness sessions. My coaching style is results-drivenbut supportive—whether your goal is to lose weight, reduce body fat, build strength, look more muscular, or
simply feel and move better, I’ll help you push past limits and level up your performance.

Eva Dzyubenko

Hi, I’m Eva. I am deeply convinced that a gym can completely change the quality of life and improve a person’s sense of self. This happened to me during training, when I first came to the gym. Under the clear guidance of my personal trainer, at each workout, I explored my body, noticed how it changed from class to class and realised how strong it could be.

Over time, I began to delve into the science of fitness and the human body, which I do to this day in order to develop not only my physical abilities, but also to help other people achieve their goals and desired results in the gym.

I live two lives, combining my two main professional passions: fitness and dance.

I’m a fan of the gym and the dance studio.

I recently graduated from a Dance and Performance course, and now I’m part of a dance company based in London.

Push people to their optimum level and really aim to help you reach your targets. I specialise in boxing and pad work training I feel this is a great way not only to improve your general fitness but also self-defence. I also do functional training, core conditioning, body weight and weight training, I’m very diverse in terms of what I do and how I train clients as I believe in making the sessions tough but enjoyable and combining all these different methods of training to make it enjoyable but also very specific to your goals.

Tee Koudoua

I’m Tee, South West Regional Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 but in competitive sport for my whole life. My passion for fitness started as a child that loved football and has continued through to my adult life. I have previously competed in powerlifting for the GBPF but recently made the switch and decided to dip my toes into Olympic Weightlifting – In which I hope to compete in, in the near future.

I moved from personal training into management around 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love how no two days are the same and literally every single day, I learn something new.
