Driven by a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, I have experience supporting a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to those navigating weight management or pre & postnatal training. I create personalised programmes that are safe, effective, and built around each client’s goals, combining strength and functional fitness with kettlebell, circuit, and suspension-based training. I also provide practical nutrition support to help clients make sustainable lifestyle changes.

My coaching philosophy is centred on empowerment. I believe everyone can progress, and my role is to guide, motivate, and support that journey. I aim to create an encouraging, inclusive environment where clients feel capable, inspired, and proud of every milestone, no matter how big or small. My focus is on building long-term confidence, lasting habits, and real results that enhance both body and mind.

I also focus heavily on education, nutrition, and finding balance, because real results come from more than just workouts.

At FILO, we specialise in mobility, strength, and conditioning for combat sports athletes. However, our experience spans all clients—men and women, ages 12 to 94, world champions to those with disabilities.
