My desire to become a Personal Trainer all stems from my love of the gym and the fitness industry. I also have a great passion for helping others, seeing my own physical changes over the years has only made me want to help people to achieve the same. Hi I’m Connor, I’m a personal trainer and ultra runner (farthest distance achieved 100km)

my aim is to help as many runners navigate themselves through the gym as possible, I’ve had great success taking some of my in-person clients through marathons and ultramarathons as well as starting people out on their running journey from scratch and building up to distances upwards of 10km

Although running is a sport primarily done outside the gym the benefits of doing resistance training for running are massive (this is why all professional runners train in the gym) everything from bone density to soft tissue health to power output (directly leading to faster times) can be gained in the gym
