I have always believed that well-being is the sole purpose of life. Dedication and commitment are needed to ensure the longevity of life itself. Training should be a way of life, not just preparation for an occasion, but something that is as natural as possible.
I have been training in various sports since the age of 12. In my opinion, discipline, confidence and fitness are at the forefront of successful outcomes.
