I stared my fitness journey almost 20 years ago. Over the course of time I became fanatical about training, which led me to become Personal Trainer 12 years ago.

As a Fitness Professional, I have a passion to educate my clients using all my extended knowledge about how to get into the best shape without giving up on all the things they love and how to become stronger through fitness & healthy lifestyle choices. It was my enthusiasm, determination and motivation for fitness that led me to compete in the WBFF and Miami Pro, which proved to me that anyone, including you, can push through obstacles in life.

And this is what I provide for my clients, a belief that through discipline, motivation and determination, they too can achieve success in their fitness journey, regardless of their age, and experience.

I come from a background where I was involved in many activities from Tae Kwon Do, Football, Basketball, Roller skating and fitness/gym. I’ve been around the fitness industry for many years and I decided to become a PT. I’ve worked and trained in a few different gyms and learned a lot to improve myself and knowledge.

I come from a kickboxing K1 and Muay Thai background and have since I trained in Thailand for 6 months. Living in a Muay Thai camp competing as well as actively training to perfect my skills has given me a breadth of knowledge in a field, I’m so passionate about. I also competed in Poland in amateur K1 kickboxing ,Muay Thai and boxing. Muay Thai is my passion and I still train in Oxford Martial Arts Academy.

Tee Koudoua

I’m Tee, South West Regional Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 but in competitive sport for my whole life. My passion for fitness started as a child that loved football and has continued through to my adult life. I have previously competed in powerlifting for the GBPF but recently made the switch and decided to dip my toes into Olympic Weightlifting – In which I hope to compete in, in the near future.

I moved from personal training into management around 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love how no two days are the same and literally every single day, I learn something new.
