My comprehensive knowledge of all elements of training added to a passion to constantly learn has enabled me to train a wide variety of clientele with great success. As a personal trainer I am in a privileged position of trust from my clients and will do all I can to ensure success in their given goals, this may include in some cases learning new skills myself to benefit my clients progress or adapting current skills to ensure my clients have the very best product from me I can give. I have worked closely with CORE-OXFORD for many years which adds an unquestionable advantage to the service I provide. My time at BUZZ GYM is shared with my strength and conditioning commitments to both British and African national athletes. I am honored to be trusted by such talented athletes and over the last 8 years have proudly watched them compete in their national championships, numerous world championships and even Olympic Games.

I enjoy removing the stereotypes associated with boxing & Muay Thai, taking the learning of these
arts back down to the basics and making the training both informative and fun.

I come from a kickboxing K1 and Muay Thai background and have since I trained in Thailand for 6 months. Living in a Muay Thai camp competing as well as actively training to perfect my skills has given me a breadth of knowledge in a field, I’m so passionate about. I also competed in Poland in amateur K1 kickboxing ,Muay Thai and boxing. Muay Thai is my passion and I still train in Oxford Martial Arts Academy.

Having over 8 years of fitness experience in the fitness industry, I practice what I preach, Mpk fitness main focuses are handing support and guidance to my clients when going through any transformation both mentally and physically,. Educating them throughout is key, to get a better understanding of how the body works. I’m Tee, South West Regional Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 but in competitive sport for my whole life. My passion for fitness started as a child that loved football and has continued through to my adult life. I have previously competed in powerlifting for the GBPF but recently made the switch and decided to dip my toes into Olympic Weightlifting – In which I hope to compete in, in the near future.

I moved from personal training into management around 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love how no two days are the same and literally every single day, I learn something new.
