I’m ATA, and I am the founder of “AP FITNESS”.

My own transformative journey from struggling with fitness and nutrition to achieving my goals has led me to become a certified personal trainer since 2017. I understand the challenges of weight fluctuations and the hectic nature of life that can make it difficult to find time for workouts.

Through my personal experiences, I’ve learned the importance of practicality and enjoyment in fitness routines. That’s why I’m dedicated to designing personalized fitness programs that are not only effective but also manageable and enjoyable for individuals. My ultimate goal is to guide my clients towards happiness, confidence, and strength.

Hey, I’m Sam

My main aim is to show people how to have fun with fitness while still achieving their goals.

It seems like recently gym culture has become “if you’re not hating it then you’re not doing it right”. For me that’s so wrong, as it was my love for training that drove me to become a PT.

I teach people to have good technique, form and knowledge of training. I do this while keeping sessions fun and making sure it doesn’t feel like a chore to come to the gym.

From wanting to fit into a new dress for Christmas to skiing pain free, passing the air force fitness test to refueling motivation that was once lost, mastering compound lifts or even just general fitness.

Heya, I’m Em.  

I’m here to help you through the mental jungle  called ‘The gym’  

I want to motivate you and make the gym your  second home and not a chore to come to. I used to be scared of the gym myself and I  know now it’s not the scariest place on earth! 

I have been into fitness for 10 years now,  playing Netball since I was 8 for Croft and  being on all teams at school from gymnastics,  basketball, football, cross country and so  many more. 

With that I now want to share my love and  passion for sports and fitness by training  everyone, no matter age, gender or disability. 

So when you’re in buzz and if you see me at  the front, don’t hesitate to come say hi!

After undergoing my own weight loss journey I decided to take the path within the fitness industry so that I could help others succeed on their own journeys. I am a strong believer that anything is achievable if you put your mind to it.

As a Personal Trainer, I can only do a small portion of the work for you but I am here to help support you with your share of the deal too. Your goal is our goal and together, we will achieve it. I am here to help, teach and support you in all areas whether that be diet, exercise or discipline.
