Understanding human behaviour, the science behind mind-body connection and how we function has been a priority for me for the past 12 years.

This has allowed me to work on my mental and physical health, to enhance my lifestyle and better myself, therefore allowing me to connect and relate to others on a deeper level.

I use this knowledge and research together with my tools and practices to deliver them in form of fitness training and/or wellbeing sessions in the gym or in therapy 1-2-1 (online too).

My mission is to guide people to discover their subconscious patterns and behaviours that prevent them from having a more meaningful life.

I work with individuals who seek to better themselves, to increase their life satisfaction by training their mind and body to function as a whole.

I strongly believe that you enjoying or not what you are doing in the gym is what separates you from getting or not the results you want and deserve.

As emotional beings we are moved by our emotions, and our energy increases or decreases based on the emotion we feel. So from that we can understand how crucial it is how training makes us feel.  Does it make you feel good? Is it challenging? Is it stimulating? Is it fun?

We all know how exercise is beneficial to us, both mentally and physically, so we might as well enjoy it.

Hello I’m Tom and I’m here to help you with not only achieving your desired physical fitness goals and results but to assist you in breaking through barriers towards greater self-confidence. I have been weight training in a gym and fitness background since the age of sixteen which I got into during my first year of college. I was introduced to the world of bodybuilding having been inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger who was my childhood idol. I struggled with my own self-confidence and body image throughout my younger years and decided to make a change. The more progression I achieved after every gym session I did the more my self-esteem developed. I believe gym, fitness and sport in general is a powerful tool to not only assist in becoming physically stronger but also in providing the building blocks towards achieving a healthier mentality. I have had fantastic support over the years from gym-oriented individuals and have taken that knowledge away with me which has become a part of me for life. I plan to assist others in doing what I love best in this positive and supportive environment along with plenty of encouragement.

Connor Lewis

Hi I’m Connor, I’m a personal trainer and ultra runner (farthest distance achieved 100km)

my aim is to help as many runners navigate themselves through the gym as possible, I’ve had great success taking some of my in-person clients through marathons and ultramarathons as well as starting people out on their running journey from scratch and building up to distances upwards of 10km

Although running is a sport primarily done outside the gym the benefits of doing resistance training for running are massive (this is why all professional runners train in the gym) everything from bone density to soft tissue health to power output (directly leading to faster times) can be gained in the gym

Heya, I’m Em.  

I’m here to help you through the mental jungle  called ‘The gym’  

I want to motivate you and make the gym your  second home and not a chore to come to. I used to be scared of the gym myself and I  know now it’s not the scariest place on earth! 

I have been into fitness for 10 years now,  playing Netball since I was 8 for Croft and  being on all teams at school from gymnastics,  basketball, football, cross country and so  many more. 

With that I now want to share my love and  passion for sports and fitness by training  everyone, no matter age, gender or disability. 

So when you’re in buzz and if you see me at  the front, don’t hesitate to come say hi!

My passion for health and fitness started when I was 9 years old, and I began to play football. Moving forward 8 years, I then knew that fitness was the path which I wanted to take myself down after leaving school, so I started my qualifications and still now, the qualifications are still growing. My main love for the job is the impact I can have on someone’s lifestyle changes by offering my knowledge and expertise. Seeing great results being achieved by all my clients is the reason I have such great job satisfaction.

Tee Koudoua

I’m Tee, South West Regional Manager.

I have been in the fitness industry since 2010 but in competitive sport for my whole life. My passion for fitness started as a child that loved football and has continued through to my adult life. I have previously competed in powerlifting for the GBPF but recently made the switch and decided to dip my toes into Olympic Weightlifting – In which I hope to compete in, in the near future.

I moved from personal training into management around 5 years ago and I absolutely love it. I love how no two days are the same and literally every single day, I learn something new.
